We are not a bulk billing clinic. Private fees are charged for each consult that are to be paid in full on the day.  The fee consists of a Medicare rebate and an out-of-pocket 'gap' fee. We are able to send your claim to Medicare electronically for you to receive your rebate instantly or within 24-48 hours.

A current Medicare card must be produced at each visit.  We are a wholly private billing clinic, there are out-of-pocket gap fees for all appointments.​

We realise in some cases these fees may cause genuine financial hardship. Please feel free to discuss this with your doctor.

We charge a fee for non-attendance of an appointment, unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 2 hours notice.

Taxi, Uber, heavy vehicle, insurance and sports medicals etc, in general, are not covered by Medicare and will be charged in full. For exact fee advice please call the clinic.  Settlement of your account is expected at the time of consultation.

Overseas visitors are required to pay the account in full on the day and can claim their rebate from their respective health insurers after the fact. 

WorkCover and Motor Vehicle Accident accounts are ultimately the patient’s responsibility. Please ensure your WorkCover claim is submitted and you notify us of your claim number. For Motor Vehicle Accident claims, please identify and advise us of your Compulsory Third Party insurer as soon as possible – details on how to find your insurer can be found here.
