• Repeat prescriptions are available if your treating Doctor agrees.  Fees apply. 

• Sickness Certificates, unless previously organised with your Doctor, require a visit.  

  • Please be aware that the Doctors are unable to back date medical certificates.

• Referrals require attendance unless otherwise organised with your Doctor
