We are open for face to face appointments*
Face to face consultations with your doctor remain essential to quality healthcare. We strive to make our practice environment as safe and as clean as possible. Any patient with respiratory symptoms will need to call the clinic prior to attending.
They will be advised, if needed, of precautions that have been put in place to keep other patients and staff safe.

If you have any respiratory symptoms, such as a sore throat, dry cough, fever, tiredness and 'feeling flat', we ask that you complete a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on the day of your appointment. If it returns a negative result you are able to attend the clinic in person.

If you are COVID-19 positive, you should isolate yourself and please call the clinic for advice if you need to speak with a doctor.
Masks

We understand that masks are no longer mandatory, however, in the interest of protecting the vulnerable members of our community we ask that patients who are able to wear masks do so for all consultations.

If you, or your child, are unwell with cold and flu symptoms we ask that you do wear a mask when attending the clinic. If you are unable to wear a mask our staff may ask you to wait outside until the doctor is ready to see you.

We have single use face masks available at reception, or you can wear a cloth mask - provided it is made of an opaque material, and covers your nose and mouth completely.
